Moorland Motors Win Bodyshop Of The Year 2008 Award from General Motors
MOORLAND MAKES IT TWO IN A ROW
Fylde-based Moorland Motors has managed to beat off stiff competition from over 300 garages around the UK to win two prestigious awards. The dealership is the winner of the ?Vauxhall 2008 Awards for Excellence? for its Aftersales service, and this is the second year in a row that Moorland has scooped the honours. The company, which sells and services Vauxhall cars at its purpose-built site on the Whitehills Business Park in Blackpool, was also winner of the ?Bodyshop of the Year? for 2008, a title they also attained in 2007.
These awards recognise exceptional standards of service. The Aftersales division of Moorland Motors covers three areas: car servicing under the Vauxhall MasterFit brand; parts supply; and GM Approved Bodyshop services.

Management and staff at Moorland Motors are equally proud of their ?Bodyshop of the Year? award. The presentation took place at their Beacon Road site on Tuesday 5th May. Aftersales Duty Manager, Martin Challinor and Bodyshop Support Manager, Andy Broughton from Vauxhall presented Kerry Longden, Moorland?s Bodyshop Manager and Moorland?s Managing Director, Tony Boyd, with this prestige award in the presence of the whole Bodycare team.
